The Inspire Spark© Blood RNA Extraction Kit provides a simple and fast solution for RNA extraction from blood samples stored in the PAXgene Scientific Research collection tube. This kit uses superparamagnetic magnetic particle separation technology to extract RNA, which requires less sample size and has high RNA yield. The obtained RNA can be directly used in downstream experiments such as RT-PCR, fluorescence quantification, next-generation sequencing, viral RNA detection and high-throughput sequencing. The kit can also be efficiently used with liquid workstations and magnetic rod method magnetic bead automatic extraction system for rapid and large sample size extraction.
