1. Responsible for linking the Marketing Department and sales department, providing professional training on IPSC technology and answering questions;

2. Timely tracking and understanding of cutting-edge research hotspots in the biomedical industry; Collect the information of new products in the market, improve the technical data of the company's own products, make and improve the company's publicity materials, and write PPT for external use of the company;

3. Solve all kinds of pre-sale and after-sales problems encountered by end-customers and dealers in technology and product use, and provide technical services, assistance and complaint handling by telephone and email according to customers' requirements;

4. Responsible for the addition and classification of product information and the compilation of technical terms on each network platform of the company, and assisted in the maintenance of the company's public accounts on each platform;

5. Responsible for providing marketing and technical training to the company's sales personnel and partners, and meeting the requirements of relevant personnel for product technology inquiries and support;

6. Responsible for in-depth exploration of target customers from the perspective of product application, and academic communication with target customers.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in biology, molecular biology, Genetic engineering, Immunology; Master's degree preferred

2. Have stem cell culture experiment experience, cell therapy research and development experience is preferred;

3. Have a deep understanding of IPSC treatment technology;

4. Good at communication, enterprising spirit, strong sense of customer service and team spirit;

5. Proficient in Japanese, capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET-6;

Responsible for the marketing and service of biological reagent consumables and small instruments commonly used in biological laboratories in the jurisdiction (including but not limited to Illumina gene sequencing, nucleic acid extraction kit, RT-PCR reagent, DNA/RNA analysis, BD blood collection vessel, indwelling needle, blood collection needle, flow antibody, ELISA kit, etc. FBS fetal bovine serum, Human AB serum, Stem cell serum-free medium, Gun tip, Culture flask, Culture bag, Cryopreservation bag, DMSO cryopreservation solution, Gene editing, PGS,PGD embryonic gene screening and diagnosis, Noninvasive prenatal genetic testing, Precision medicine for cancer, Diabetes GPL-1 diagnosis, Mesenchymal stem cells, iPS stem cells, NK,CAR-T adenovirus and other cell therapy and regenerative medicine product lines).

2. Establish and maintain good cooperative relations with biological scientific research institutions, university students' laboratories, hospital central laboratories, biomedical companies, bioengineering companies, antibody diagnosis companies, biotechnology companies, cell therapy companies, etc., to maintain a good image of the company.

3. Collect and feedback the dynamic information of biotechnology and biomedicine market and manage the customer relationship.

4. Completed all work statements and sales collection work accurately and timely.

Job Qualification:

1. More than one year sales experience in biological market is preferred;

2. College degree or above, major in biotechnology or bioengineering is preferred;

3. Ability to think independently and solve problems;

4. Good communication skills and presentation skills;

5. Good English reading skills for biotechnology majors;

6. Good team work spirit.
