Product Introduction:

The Inspire Spark dsDNA HS Assay Kit is a simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate quantitative detection Kit for double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) fluorescence. This kit contains fluorescence detection reagents, standards, and buffer. The kit is highly selective for dsDNA, with little RNA interference and good linearity between 0.1 and 100 ng for dsDNA samples. Compared with the traditional ultraviolet detection (A260) method, the DNA can be quantified more accurately, and the interference of other substances, such as RNA and protein, can be eliminated, and the concentration of dsDNA can be accurately measured, which improves the accuracy of the experiment.

The kit is easy to operate and can be detected by using a luciferase reader or a Qubit⑧ fluorimeter.
